If Lo Mu Bai greets you, then you are indeed welcome within.
Tashi Delek! Be at peace in the humble abode of my father, scholar and descendant of the immortal Gampo. I am but a humble healer who strives to bring honor to all of my Dharma ancestors, and to the Miraculous Divine Lord of the Roof of the World. Because of my mother's lineage, I have roots that spread into China and India, but my heart is here in these mountains. I have been well trained and taught, not only by the tutors brought to the palace but also by the wise women of the villages and countryside. Do I reach far beyond my proper female station? Mayhap, but let those who mince on tiny feet lament my fate, for I stride free, and many heads yet turn in my direction. I am who I am, and, if it brings honor to my ancestors, and makes me worthy in the sight of the temples, I am more than content. We are people of the horse, and my father's stables are filled with mounts. Two or three which are my favorites carry me at speed when needs be. For the most part though, I rely on my friend, Popo Khampa, "Lord of the Nomads," to bear me into the hills on healing missions with sure feet and utter devotion. And, if pain or illness strikes, ask not if a woman is fit to tend you. Call my name, and I shall come, as Buddha and my honor command.

No yak in all of Tibet is as stalwart and wise as my Popo.
