Been at the sake lasht night, and feeling a little pished to be honest with you.
This plaque was received for winning the Tenth Muse Winter Poetry Competition. I feel very honoured, as I am conceited enough to call myself a poet - but you may feel free to disagree, as long as you have taken the trouble to read any of my poems. You can find them all at tenth Muse - a wonderful group.
I will be honest with you, I feel rather guilty, as I sneaked in with my entry right on the very last day of the competition. Still, while its lovely to win, its also nice just to take part. So I am also proud to show you this, which I received for taking part in the 2005 renaissance fair poetry competition over in Paris, in Germania - a fine and welcoming place, where a good time was had by all.
Well, If you're still here I would guess that you are interested in poetry. Why don't you step on over to Tenth Muse. Its a great place, and you can be as involved if you want. Your own work will receive encouragement and , if asked for, constructive criticism. Who knows - you might even win a competition !
