Welcome to me Muddy Taigh!
And as ye wander bye and bye
Here ye'll find some cleaner places
Serving as me starting bases
For activities of a certain kind.
In the Courtyard ye will find,
I'm not into the social grind,
But visitors are welcome here,
Even if they bring no cheer,
Nor messages nor mails.
The Library is full of tales,
Some from Tara and some from Wales,
And records of me rhythmic postings
Of historic and academic hostings.
I give them all to thee for free.
The study is where ye can see,
How the Jot keeps track of me,
I meditate and watch the score,
Always coming back for more.
Although I sometimes wonder why.
So welcome to me muddy taigh!
Unfurnished, tho' it be.
It may not suit a royal guy,
But 'tis good enuf fer me.
