Welcome the realm of the Pandavas! Look around and be at home!
I am Arjuna, descendant of King Bharata,whom the Earth planet during the Vedic age was named after. In my time the Earth is therefore known as Bharatavarsha. My eldest brother is now the Emperor of the planet, King Yudhisthira. He has been given this position by birthright and is therefore recognized as Emperor by all the kings of the world. My mother is Queen Kunti and my father is King Pandu. My four brothers, Yudhisthira, Bhima, Nakula, Sahadeva and myself are known as the Pandavas-the sons of Pandu. I received from Shri Agnideva-the demigod of fire-a chariot which can fly in the sky or to any planet within this cosmic manifestation. Other gifts received from Agni were two magical quivers which cannot be emptied of arrows, and of course, my invincible golden bow, known as Gandiva. It is therefore my duty as a kshatriya [a military man] to defend the sages and the kingdom against the evil rakshasas [man-eating demons] who are constantly engaged in trying to destroy all of the righteous qualities in this world. Our mission, therefore, is to uphold all pious and religious standards and spread love throughout the world.
The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Shri Krishna, has appeared in the Yadu Dynasty as my own cousin in order to reinstate and uphold all righteous priciples. He has therefore expanded Himself throughout the kingdom of the Yadus. In the city of Dwaraka on the north-west coast of Bharatavarsha, there are sixteen thousand one hundred eight gorgeous palaces of Krishna, where He lives happily with each of His 16,108 wives, each of them bearing ten sons with the same wonderful features as the Lord. There He lives separately in each palace by expansion.

BHARATA-VARSHA-The History of Ancient India

Here we are trying to draw a connection between the ancient knowledge, architecture, and lives of the ancient people of the place known in modern times as India, and the spiritual science behind that culture. I would like to point out right now that these people were not cavemen, nor were they primitive, as we have been told in school. Or we were told nothing at all about Bharata-varsha-the earth planet.
