Welcome and thankyou for visiting my Domus! I have been away from Rome for a few years but now I have returned to take up residence. I have learned many new cooking and hospitality skills when I was away. The art of making a perfect cup of tea using organic Ceylonian tea leaves is something that I would like to share with you. So sit back and enjoy the flavour with a piece of homemade sponge cake. Maybe this will catch on here. Do stroll around my home. I am getting used to it myself so ask any questions you would like. It is great to meet you.
I have decided to open a IUS (appears to be the word for soup but if anyone knows different) consumere shop. Ius is so nutritious and I am good at making it.
Here is a list to choose from for your delectability.
Leek and Potato Ius
Spicey Parsnip.( An old Britannia favourite)
Carrot, Orange and Coriander
Colcannon (A treat from the distant land of Tara which has cabbage and scallions)
Red Pepper and Pear.
Mare internum Tomato and Basil
Gaulish Onion Ius.
All finished off with some freshly chopped Parsley which has come from a friendly Patron's organic garden which he has allowed me to use a small corner of.
If there is anything that you like please only ask, I like challenges
I am keeping this as a record of reference. It is a wonderful piece about the names of God.
