Welcome to my Domus! As you enter the atrium, you will find refreshments awaiting you on the satyr-legged table -- some sweet figs and pears. Once you've selected, come into the garden and rest in the lemon- and rosemary-scented shade; remove your sandals and dip your toes into the pool, listen to the afternoon breeze rustling the leaves of the lemon trees. As soon as I am finished instructing the cook on the evening's meal, I will join you. Please accept a glass of wine. It is a fine vintage from the year 29.
