χαίρετε, Φίλοι!
I've just returned to these lands after many years away-- nearly as many as Lord Odysseus! So I apologize for my spartan chambers.
For your enjoyment, let me play you a brief selection from Sappho that I've put to music on my trusty Etruscan lyre, Mnemosyne. (Translation is my own).
Δέδυκε μὲν ἀ σελάννα
καὶ Πληΐαδες, μέσαι δέ
νύκτεϛ, παρὰ δ’ ἔρχετ’ ὤρα,
ἔγω δὲ μόνα κατεύδω.

| The moon has set,
and the Pleides, it's
midnight, the hours
march on: I lie alone. |
I am a scholar and a bard. Two years ago I took a trip around Hellas and kept extensive notes. I have been transcribing them into an illustrated codex. You might enjoy reading it (click the pages):
Alas, a scholar is a person of humble means. So I am selling a number of souvenirs from my travels across Hellas at a stall in the agora. You may visit my shop here:

Feel free to browse the scrolls in my library! I've included links to a handful of articles I've written. Also, if you enjoyed my music, feel free to stop by the courtyard and listen to me practicing.
