The road winds up the steep hillside, and finally reaching the massive Gallic walls and gates marking the entrance to Bibracte.
The winds blow stronger now, as the spring rains drench the lush valley. Here, atop the crest of the hill, a breath-taking view greets any who make the climb to the summit.
My domus is just behind the Fanum. Yes, there, that little building next to the stables. Small, yes, but I do not need much. I'm usually in the Fanum or with the horses.
