 The Life of Omm Sety

The life of Omm Sety is an intriguing one about which books have been written and movies made. She lived at Abydos for ca 40 years, making her home among the villagers and her work at the temple, fulfilling her "inner reality" of once having lived there as a priestess and lover of Seti I. Alongside of this, she managed to make herself a name as an accomplished egyptologist, earning the respect of her peers. Was she just another crazy old lady or should we really believe that life after death is possible, like the ancient Egyptians held for truth for about 3000 years?
