![]() Volturnus "Prima" is from estates near Venafrum, pressed from the best early Licinian olive...everybody knows this is the finest oil in Italy! This oil is smooth, fruity, and delicious. Your dinner guests will love the superior taste! Volturnus "Magna" is a good-quality, light oil made from several varieties. A good choice for cooking and oiling the skin.
Volturnus "Baetica" is a smooth, slightly robust oil from Hispania. Also a good choice for your cooking and household uses.
I sell by the half-amphora on up. Let me know how much you need. Don't worry about deliveries...my boys will carry a jug home for you, if you can't manage. What about something else? I also have dried salted olives, olives preserved in oil, green olives in brine, and spiced pickled olives for your table — all made from good Pausia and Regia olives. Take home a jar of your favorite today! Don't forget to come back for some fresh olives! They should be available from about the ides of November to late December.
