John Edgar Hoover is the current Director of the Agency, he seems too interested in persecuting communists and promoting homosexuality among the Federal Agents to realize the Crime levels in Chicago.
Here the Federal Agents work to bring Chicago back to order and catch the bad guys, including the Federal Agents who are in Capone's payrole and those who murder non gay Federal Agents, within this walls lay the better kept secreats of the country, remember, "The Truth is Out There".
