Caption the picture and win a week's salary (a citizen's salary that is!!!)
At the beginning of each month, a picture will be submitted for commentary. Your job, if you choose to accept it, will be to post humorous captions for the picture. At the end of the month, the proposed captions will be judged by Maria, Diantha, GnaeusCato and Falco. (We get to post too, we just never get to win!)
The winner will be announced and at the beginning of the next month, a new picture will be posted.
We will pay prize money at the rate of a citizen's weekly pay as soon as the transfer feature is activated by the programmers. (We don't know when that will be so there's no sense asking US.)
