Is the D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) genre your kind of thing. Do you like to explore, solve puzzles and whack the heck out of assorted monsters? If so, I recommend you take a look at the offerings from Spiderweb Software. They refer to themselves as being "a small company, founded in 1994, that is dedicated to creating terrific games for Windows and Macintosh."

The games, themselves, are anything but small. As with most D&D type adventures, these are "turn-based" and feature some fifty to ninety locations. Also, the games can be played from the standpoint of a number of different character types. For the most part, they are extremely "non-linear". That is, you can visit any of the adjacent areas in any order.

On this Thread, I will try to give a brief synopsis of several of their games which I have played and enjoyed. Please feel free to join in with questions or comments. I would like to hear from others who have had experience with Spiderweb games.
