Egypt and Rome's joint Springfest wine and beer excursion begins in Upper Egypt on Friday, April 21st with 'Wine for Eternity'. At a time and place to be announced, we'll all pile into the Professor's time machine. Don't worry about claustrophobia; there's room inside for anyone who wants to travel with us.

Provided he can keep the thing working and we don't find ourselves stuck in 1950s Muncie, Indiana, we'll travel along the Nile, making stops during the day to learn about the wine growing regions of Dynastic Egypt. The tour ends in the Delta, from which the Professor will transport us (hopefully) to Rome (hopefully) for the Vinalia Urbana and a look at Roman spirits...of the alcoholic variety, that is.

So come as you are, bring your lucky charms (the Professor needs all the help he can get), and we'll provide the drinks.

The Roman leg of our journey commences on Saturday, April 22nd.
