    A quick reference guide to decifer all those Ancient Worlds Acronyms, Abbreviations and Initialisms!

    Ever wonder what the heck someone is saying to you? Did you used to think that *LMAO* was a foriegn language? Well, ponder no more! AW Cyber-talk is fast and many phrases have been pared down into short and simple acronyms.

    IAE (in any event), once you get it down, you'll find that the AW chat room is a great way to make new friends and maybe even find your next BF (boyfriend), GF (girlfriend) or SO (significant other). What's nice is that you can get to know each other B4 (before) you post in a RP(RolePlay)

    And BTW (by the way), you will come across these in more than just the Ancient worlds chat rooms. People will be gramming you and writing them in posts too!

    So WTH (what the heck), GA (go ahead) and give it a whirl, even if it's just FYA (for your amusement) or to ask someone WU (what's up?). Everyone seems to be having a blast, and people tell us that they're often ROTFL (rolling on the floor laughing), LOL (laughing out loud), or LIS (laughing in silence), IYKWIM (if you know what I mean).

    Here are a few of our favorite acronyms to get you started, but if you're SITD (still in the dark) just ask someone in a gram, don't be shy! TTFN (ta ta for now) and GL (good luck)!

    To get started, please put the word in the title of the post and the description in the main contents, This will make an easier reference for rookies. *G* (grins)
