Most impressive is the large Serapeion 3 complex dedicated to Serapis, Isis, Anubis, and Harpocrates and built around 180 BC.

Adapted to the terrace dug out of the hill to the south of the previous sanctuary, the most remarkable and original feature of the complex divided into two sections and entirely surronded by porticoes is the avenue of Sphinxes (70 meters) that imitates the hypertral processional ways of Egyptian santuaries. The reconstruction of the distyle Doric temple in antis was built by the Athenians in honor of Isis in 135 BC and still holds the cult statue of the goddess.
The Temple of Isis stands at the foot of Mount Kinthos. A statue of the goddess is still visible in the temple.
Neima Nebet, the Egyptian Astrologist and scholar is the patron and sponsor of the Temple of Isis on Delos. She will be responsible for the restoration and reconstruction of the Serapeion District.
