A gathering place for the folk to discuss group business.
The Witena Gemot is the place where the folk of Angelcynn can gather to discuss group business, ask questions, make relevant announcements and discuss and vote on group business.
The "Witena Gemot" was a parliament-style body of elders who advised the kings of late Saxon England. The name means 'Gathering/Moot of Wise Counsellors'.
