We post in English O.k thats as it should be but I saw text's in welsh and Irish gaelic ,and mayhaps some other languages of Celtic origin but wich I could nit identify. My Idea is to use a so called second Language wich can (if one wishes )be used to communicate ... All on volenteraly basis that ist to say so if rec. a translation should be given so ALL can listen in.
In The Summary I already tolt You what it is I proposed, and I prey You do not see this as a way of Expressing nationalistic feelings against anyone .
I am Dutch and oure country has a rather limmited Celtic past altough I am convinst that the Pre-inhabitants before the famouce Batavieren and Friesians where Celts.
There is on the net a story about an early Bronse grave in Holland and it looks verry much early Celtic (pre-Hallstadt).
But I am strolling around with my horse as I see (got of my topic **ggg**)
Well I do not intent to drag arguments around for Goedelic Celtic or Byrthonic Celtic (If I remember the names well...**shameonmyelse..**
I comit to what is "realisably" I would say that Scots Gaelic,Irish Gaelic and Welsh seem to me the most realistic candidates.
In Welsh I would prefere the Northern branch of the language .
Why N.welsh?, well first off al becource it sounds good and I think it suffert leser Anglo-Saxon Language influences then the S.Welsh did.
But pleace correckt me iff I am wrong (stuppo dutchy**hehe**)
My favoriete then is Celtic in Northern Welsh....and I am out there to hear youre oppinions, inprivate if You like..( dichandra@home.nl )
About learning...until Yesterday I didn't even knew how to say "Greetings!" So I am not better off than any one else, but pleace it is all volenteraly thus only for those who wish to join....
Ymannerch

P.S
