Narcissus_ was an exceptionally beautiful youth who fell in love with his own reflection in a spring.
He remained transfixed, gazing at his reflection, till the Olympic gods, fearing he would die of starvation,
turned him into a flower.
Symbolism: {VANITY}

Hyacinthus:_The beautiful son of a Spartan king was killed accidentally durring a dicus throwing contest.
Apollo, who loved him, was unable to bring him back to life and transformed him into the flower.
Symbolism: {Forgiveness}
Helenium:_Named after Helen of Troy,
from whose tears the plant is said to have grown.
Symbolism: {Missing you}
