All Kings were required to provide a place for healing the members of the tribe
A cure without blemish, a wise diagnosis and comfort for the dying. All responsibilities of the healer. Ancient Gaelic Law set forth provisions requiring the king or chief to provide places for comfort and to look after the sick and injured of the clan. This is the Healer's Hostel of the Clan Cumhaill.
