Think up a short caption for the proffered picture. With one liners, we will try to stimulate our imaginations. Think outside the box! Put a little "English"* on your work.
Every Sunday night (or thereabout), I will be posting a new picture. Your mission, should you choose and all that, will be to come up with the cleverest caption. Notice I don't say funniest, although the cleverest might also be the funniest. Please begin your post title with the corresponding picture number, so if people are still captioning at the beginning of the week, we can keep them straight.
Multiple submissions are welcome. Encouraged, even. The more the merrier!
*English, for those who don't know, is a pool term meaning spin. To put English on the ball means to cause the ball to spin sideways while it rolls.
