 RP: Developing the Role Play Environment in Byzantium Group

For the discussion of RP ideas and suggestions
There seems to be a bit of confusion over whether this discussion of the "reign plan" is RP or group administration. In order to keep RP planning and group planing separate as the RP segment of the group develops I have created this thread for the discussin of story lines, plote, characters, etc.
Hopefuly this will keep people from thinking there is an actual mutiny occurring in the group admin ;-).
