The three assemblies were comprised of the entire electorate. Each, however, had a different organization. As a result, an individual citizen's vote carried a different weight in each assembly. All three assemblies were made up of "voting units." It was the single vote of each "unit" was established by a simple majority of the voters in that unit. Measures in all of the assemblies passed by a simple majority of the constituent units.
The assemblies all were called "comitia." Specifically, they were the "comitia curiata, the "comitia centuriata," and the comitia plebis tributa," (which also was called the " concilium plebes" or the "comitia populi tributa)."
