In ancient Rome, when you had a message for the public, you scratched it on a wall. Celebrate Vespasian's birthday with your own graffiti.
The curators of the Vespasianus Monument invite you leave a graffiti message about Vespasian and/or The Year of the Four Emperors as part of the festivities marking the 2,000th anniversary of the birth of this notable Roman.
Become an epitoechograph (writer on the wall) and create an original graffiti using the "walls" found HERE or use your own "wall." Be funny, political, historical, religious, whatever. Artsy or stick figures, words or symbols ~ give us something akin to the ancient graffiti seen on walls throughout Rome and Pompeii, as related to Vespasian and The Year of Four Emperors.
