Vort, I am so with you about the buying, developing and selling of property here. I said something similar to Herky a few months back. I love buying properties and fixing them up. It would warm the cockles of my "donald" heart if I could sell them for a profit when I'm done.

The only problem I see is the demand for such a product. We would have to first define or create a "need" for ready-to-go properties if any money was to be made.
