I do not own a single property...yet. And I am really quite hesitant to do so, not because I can't eventually decorate it or that I couldn't write something up. But because I don't have a great desire or drive to do one, but that's just me personally. My little taigh is generally quite enough space for me to do as I please. I am planning one, but it's not ready to even be purchased.

If the "beautiful hoods/home/neighborhoods" you're (plural) after, would have be to show cased somehow i.e. 'Hood Tour. But I also think for some denizens here, their hood purchase was just because they could and didn't have a idea of what to do with it...and they remain as such (i.e. undecorated) for whatever reasons.

You (plural) can't make someone decorate, unless they start coming with a signed property covenants for the 'Hoods...
