I am wondering if there will ever be the option of selling back properties.
Basically you'd be giving explicit permission for the demis to delete that 12th Aventine property you bought while drunk and were too busy yakking to Laurels to notice...I mean if you decide to leave or just don't want to develop like you had planned.
Seriously, I think when the hoods opened a lot of us (myself included) went hogwild and now don't have a clue how to develop our properties to match the rest of the area. NOT THAT all properties have to have common themes or be artistic masterpieces or worthy of Nobel recognition, BUT sometimes you buy one and it just sits there, empty.
So - is this option even a viable one?
