I would be glad to build a city and a district in the Philippines. I will research the places and everything. It might take a while though, so if you can wait, specially because of well I go to school (real life exams, tests, etc). I will start working on it today!

The Philippines and it's cities during the Tribal/Muslim times wasn't really established and historically written until the Spaniards and Christianity came, so the neighborhoods might be a bit more Hispanic and Western than the rest of the Asian countries.
