Get about a dozen crawdads. They have to be still alive when you cook them so its a good idea to put them in a bucket with a little water to keep until ready to boil. Boil a big pot of water and add the crawfish. I like to put some Old Bay and salt and pepper in. Different seasonings can be added, either during boiling or after. Watch the pot and when the crawdads turn bright orange, cook for just a few more minutes. Enjoy with rice, hush puppies, or whatever you like.
