AncientWorlds, LLC is a limited liability corporation organized under the laws of New York. The corporate board is responsible for legal decisions made by the corporation. To the best of my knowledge, Cornellia is not a member of the corporate board.
I don't make graphics. So I have no personal interest there. I do write fiction which I post at AW. I retain my personal copyright ownership rights in what I post. But I can't sue you, Phenom, for reading it and loading it into your cache file. I can't sue Jot or AncientWorlds, LLC for letting me post it and for enabling me to post. Neither Jot nor AncientWorlds, LLC is interested in stealing my writings anymore than they are interested in stealing graphics.
However, it is up to the indiviual to decide whether he or she wishes to share his or her work via AW. Nobody wants to coerce any member of AW to share their creativity. So, if anybody decides they are better off by not sharing, that is a legitimate choice. And I certainly would support such a decision.
