from Odin's lair, I make my way down to the lobby and atrium area. If I know my husband, he'll be fuming mad in a very short time. It will be the perfect opportunity to dig him a little.

As I sit in the lounge, my legs crossed in anticipation, I begin to count. 5.....4.....3.....2......1.

Ding! The elevator opens and out comes Odin. "Just like clockwork" I smile to myself and stand up, taking my place.

Odin runs around the corner and right into me. I can see the look in his eyes as he realizes now he has to deal with me.

"Hello darlin. Miss me?" I ask.

"Now why would you say that?" he responds.

"Well I see that Freyja's not playing by your rules anymore. I just thought maybe you had seen the error of your ways?"

"Arrrrgggggghhhhhh. You know I really hate you!" he snarls.

"Now darlin, you don't mean that really? I am after all, your wife." I respond.

"Don't remind me." is his answer.

"Baby, you know she's smarter than you. Probably already has the spear sold on ebay." I tell him. I can see the anger level rising. Just a few more degrees and he'll boil over.

"That's what you get for messing with woman's baubles." I say. "The christians have a saying. "Hell hath nor fury like a woman scorn."

"Frigga, don't you have something better to do, like get hit by a bus?" Odin says, clearly agitated now.

"Oh look at the time, I have to go, a dinner date with a tall dark and dashing Einerjar." I lean over and kiss him.

"Too bad that's all you'll ever get from me now until Ragnarok." I say coyly as I turn and walk away from the great all father.
