If you paid for those textures you got ripped off. Those are all free. The guy who painted them did them for a video game and they screwed him out of his money so he made them avaliable to anyone for non commercial use free. I have used hundreds of them in recreating VR Rome, huge modern cities, railroads, western towns, small town America, ancient Castles, tropical islands. The list goes on and on.
