In 5600, the Mediterranean flooded into the Black Sea lake with so much force, it drove the many peoples around it far away. Some carried civilization to Sumeria and Egypt, others built the world's largest buildings along their path to modern-day Paris. Come face the starvation, theft and wars these people encountered.

    Thank you for this information, Apiladey. It is a reminder that archaeology is only part "hard" science. Interpreting the facts then comes into play, and that is conditioned by the whole spectrum of subjectivity : a person's own culture, prejudices, age, sex, religion, and so on.

    In a word, how much of ancient reality do we really know ? Still, that isn't going to stop this RP group :-)
