Ingredients
* 1-1/2 cups pancake batter (use your own recipe or Bisquick baking mix batter)
* 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
* 1 cup Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
* 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
* 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare pancake mix according to package directions; And set aside.
3. Pour melted butter in 9" Pie plate.
4. Place apple slices in bottom of pie plate; Sprinkle cinnamon and pecans and drizzle syrup over apples; Carefully pour batter on top.
5. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
6. Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate.
7. Cut in wedges and serve with warm maple syrup and/or fresh apple butter.
