Add: &autoplay=1
to the end of the value
and put 0 in the width and height of last application type.
like this:

value="htp://www.youtube.com/v/jnvNaaSFFBg&autoplay=1">[/param][param name="wmode" value="transparent">[/param][embed src="htp://www.youtube.com/v/jnvNaaSFFBg&autoplay=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="0" height="0"][/embed][/object]

I changed to brackets so it would show up here.
