Caeseria is a little worried. She can see that there is something between Nemus and Deadalus, but she is not sure what exactly. She sees them catch each other's eyes, holding the look between them - then smile at each other. She sees notes being passed and assignations arranged.

At first she just puts this down to the excitement of the voyage and the fact they are all entering new territory together, sailing these blue seas and visiting such wonderful places.

Finally, only one conclusion can be reached in Caeseria's young and impressionable mind. Daedalus and Nemus are in love with each other. She can't imagine life without this man she has found - Daedalus is everything to her and she is becoming more attached to him as time passes. She can't understand how he could do this to her and deceive her so. She resolves to confront him immediately and get a straight answer. The sooner she knows, the sooner she can sail for home and find her brothers.
