People from all cities and cultures are invited to come and help with the growth of the Lower City.
The Lower City
While the Upper City may have all the glitter and pomp, the Lower City was where the average citizen lived and was the life-blood of the city.
There are plenty of properties available or if you wish you can help with 2 of the newly established business I have opened there:
