"Thank you for your hospitality - We've heard rumors of the great hospitality of the Niafer even in Llorges, and I see the rumours harldy do you justice!"

It was a while later in the grand halls of An Caisel that at last Belenus, Fenian, and Flidais sat down together to discuss business. Belenus sat comfortably on a fine chair as he began to explain a bit more, "You see, for a long time the Iceni have had contact with the other tribes of these Isles. But recently we have had much to do in Albion which left us unable to contact our friends here in Eire.

"When my King's father, Prasutagus was king, their arose a great threat to our existence in the Isles. A massive tribe from the south - a monster who consumed and conquered all it layed eyes on - The Roman Republic. It was only by the grace of God that the Iceni - united with the other tribes of southern Llorges repelled the invaders. This was a great victory, but it put a severe drain on our tribes resources.

"Now though we have completely recovered under the wise rule of Barrivendos. Even now some are calling him 'Barrivendos the Wise'. It was he who sought rekindled friendship with the Irish tribes, and so I have come with these as a personal gift from my King..."

Belenus withdrew from within the folds of his cloak several items, while Cynfawr withdrew a reasonably good-sized chest from their packs. Belenus laid out the first two items - a gold, and a silver torque. Both were incredibly ornate and had intriquite designs on them. He (Belenus) also withdrew from his cloak a shortsword - oddly designed with curved features, and incredibly simple (other than its exoticness), but beautiful nonetheless.

Cynfawr set the chest upon the table at which they sat and opened it. Within its silk-lined interior lay many pieces of silver - each with the Iceni Stag imprinted upon it.

"These are all yours - courtesy of Barrivendos." Belenus said with a nod. "We have also heard from travellers of the events that took place here last summer. My King thought it wise to send you aid in the form of warriors and equipment as well. Just offshore awaiting word that it is safe to come ashore and join your warband is a small contigent of 20 warriors - each veterans having served against Rome a few winters back. These men are also a personal gift for Barrivendos to live and serve here in Inver Colpa for as long as you see fit. They bring their own weapons, armour, and equipment. I believe theyve also brought a few chariots for your use as well."
