This Theater seems to be empty. At the Great Stoa we are now studying the Panathenaea. Pericles introduced musical events into the Panathenaic Games. He needed a large covered hall in which these could be performed. So the Odeon, a vast covered building was erected. This colossal building had a wooden roof supported on nineteen columns. The common belief was that it was modelled on the tent of Xerxes. To this venue I bring a redo of the play done for the 'Delia'. I wish to rework this and fine tune it. ***THE DELIA***This is a work in progress and is cenimatic in concept. It is neither classic nor traditional, yet it is based upon these themes. I shall be linking much of the work I do here to the Great Stoa. This is the month that we celebrate the birthday of Athena.
