Here's an article reporting on the discovery by an amateur metal dectorist of a striking bronze figurine showing a Celtic slave in a sitting position who was bound by his neck, hands, and feet. The article is well-illustrated with five color photographs of the figurine from all possible angles.
At the end of the article is a link to the Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) website, which records information on archaeological objects found in Britain. I thought this webpage intended as a guide for metal dectorists or others about Roman coins might be of interest.
