I found some information while looking for images, which I will share here. Hope this helps.
First thing, I found that was Quenaquena is a geographical location in Camacho, La Paz, Bolivia. It is also the name of a CD by Olarte Raul. However, further research did reveal an ancient Peruvian musical instrument called quenaquena or quinaquina.
"Andean flutes. Mainly found in Bolivian and Peruvian sierra and plateau, northern Chile, north and north-western Argentina, and less often in Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela. They date from 900 BC and originally made from llama bones. These examples are made from reeds. The airstream is split by blowing into the notch. Two octave chromatic scale. Also known as quenaquena or quinaquina (= 'full of holes'). Quena = qqena = kena". (Catalogue description from the musical instrument collection of Dr. Guy Grant.) However, there were no images.
Finally found this web site: Master Ocarina Maker, via the definition:
"Ocarina - a flute that fits comfortably into your pocket... Also known as quenaquena or quinaquina ... in principle a “vessel” or closed end flute ... a wind instrument. An assortment of types of ocarinas have existed since ancient times."
A very informative web site with videos and text about Mountain Ocarinas. Ocarina TV Blog
Songbird Ocarinas Click on the eagle bone flute picture and listen to some of the flute sounds.
