These are large mushrooms (about the size of your hand)
Wash and remove stems.
mix up oil, vinegar and rub all over shrooms.
Grill mushrooms on their backs with the "gill" side up.
Spoon on some shredded cheese, sliced olives, minced garlic and sometimes sundried tomatoes that have been soaked in olive oil.
Grills up in about four mins.
