Before doing some major overhauling, though, I do have one concern. If it's the settings on the person's computer, maybe it would be better to try and help them "recalibrate" things so that they can enjoy all of what AW has to offer. Just revamping the Welcome Letter may be only a stop-gap measure. The Meso welcome letter isn't the only animal out there with different color codes, afterall. Someone who is having this trouble, could stumble upon a post or event that they will miss if they can't read it. Are there some quick and easy instructions we could give in order to help correct this matter?
