2 cups yoghurt1 large cucumber, peeled chopped 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 small minced garlic 3 sprigs fresh mint leaves, chopped or dried 1 tablespoon lemon juice salt & pepper to taste ~*~ Beat the yoghurt smooth and mix with remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Serves 3 or 4. Optional~ chopped walnuts and golden raisens_or 1/4 teaspoon each marjoram and sweet basil.
