I'm not sure how good of an idea this is, but I thought I'd post it and see. *g* I realize that we don't really have the same family structure here at AW as we did back on AS, but I was wondering if it might help if one or two members of each family also took on the charge of welcoming newcomers (in addition to the welcoming committee) of their particular family. Maybe the extra contact could help promote interaction with the newer members?
