I think many people know that the AW Events Calendar was maintained by Bryce, and between her job (increased) and the server (difficult), she's had problems with keeping a list of events going.

So, I don't quite understand the blog thing. As Atilia has made this gorgeous blog announcement, would this be the kind of thing to replace the AW Events Calendar? Or supplement it? I signed on for - I think! - getting new blog entries, but is that what I think it is?

I've had people complain bitterly because the only way I know how to really get word out for an AW event, is to trudge from world to world sticking up my little mimeographed posts about it (lots of duplication). Surely there's a more highbrow and hightech way we can do this not only for us internally, but - perhaps? - outside??

I think I need a course in Introduction to Blogging!
