    To think of Caesar ending up in Norway! - I had no idea. It reminds me of the medieval epics of Alexander the Great (the "Alexander Romance,") in which Alexander rules the world, has a diving bell that takes him down to the ocean floor, and is very Haroun Al Raschid in everything he does. Maybe it's the peculiar fate of great commanders! (Caesar would have been pleased to be twinned with Alex, I think)
