There are a few reasons for the decision to move to a new area with the RP. First, this group has been waning for a long time, and the easiest way to build more interaction and bring in new people is to have it on an open board, where folks are not required to join a group. Second, it is our hope that this will serve to help build the neighborhood of Ebrauc in Celtia. Third, it also makes it easier to handle people coming and going from the RP.
