Back in the old days at AS, we actually had a publicity department to do press releases about AS and our activities, but we've been muddling along without one for aeons. Kallistos has been kind enough to come up with a great press release for our March Symposion week with Professor Bryan Ward-Perkins, and in the process, came up with some great ideas:

1. Everyone send him any suggestions you have for online URLS and/or emails to web leaders who'd like to share the info about the Symposion; and

2. WHY DO WE NOT HAVE a group devoted to publicizing AW events at large?

So obviously your suggestions for the Symposion could be used as part of building a 'mailing list' for AW events. This is one of those ideas that makes me depressed - what AM I doing around here, that such an obviously good idea has to be brought up by our dear Kallistos? (just kidding, but sometimes I DO wonder what I'm up to).
