I don't know why this group escaped my notice before, but am glad to join it, for I have been studying late antiquity quite a bit for the past two years, particularly the Western Empire from 350 - 450 CE. Early on in my passion for Roman history I mistakenly assumed that there was little to hold my interest about this period. How wrong I was!
